Reality...

He said, she denied
He was empty, she was regretful
He was begging, she was praying
He was tearful, she was crying

He was before, she was after
He was hoping, she was mourning
He couldn't stop, she couldn't move
He was mad, she was sad

He wants to watch, she wants to hide
Everything in LOVE
Which is neither a dream
Nor a reality.

  2. Thanks for visiting my piece 'Oddments' written for The Sunday Whirl Wordle word list.

The last stanza does sum up love and life.
Continue learning to make your reality the best it can be.

  3. This is great. It makes me think of the feeling of being disconnected.

  4. Hi, Thanks for visiting my blog. Please visit anytime. I enjoyed your poem--but it didn't make me think of LOVE... There are differences in all of us --and when in a relationship, YES--there will be differences, but not that many.... Not sure that is a relationship which will work....

    Happy 2013.
    Hugs,
    Betsy

  18. Ruchi,

Read 2 poems now. Both show little dark side of love. Hope it is just creation of mind.

    Take care

  20. This is the third poem of yours I have gone through at the trot.
I like this specially. The ask in the end - it is different to each. But perhaps it is an illusion?
