Some more days with that organization add on some more learnings.
Now some more noticeable points, came across my mind.
1) It is difficult to let work out of people, unless getting emotionally attached with them, same applicable when dealing with customers also.
2) New employees are mostly fooled by older ones, because they want to dominate newer ones and some times have insecurity feelings.
3) Too much diversification of an organization leads to mismanagement, unless equipped with well experienced management team.
4) People at different level of hierarchy must be trained accordingly.
5) Planning should be changed according to current events because they contribute to a certain extent to the business practices like cricket matches, exams, ending seasons.
